EASYCARE was established in the year 1994 by the firm Ranish Impex Pvt Ltd, formerly known as M.K Agencies. The EASYCARE Group is an amalgamation of Ranish Impex & Bhagwatti Impex, the conglomerate is now led by Mr Kishorbhai Thakker (Founder), Mr Parag Thakker (M.D) & Mr Manish Thakker (C.E.O).
